Everybody found guilty and convicted of violent crime should be sterilized.
Apart from a strong possibility that their children would inherit the parents' poor qualities and aptitude for violence and crime there is also the problem that they cannot offer their offspring a stable homelife and future. Children growing up in an insecure and volatile environment have little chance of becoming stable, productive adults. They will internalize the behaviour and violent attitude of the parents and grow up to become the next generation of violent criminals.
The honest, productive law-abiding citizens, apart from having a good chance of being attacked and robbed or even killed , must also fund the police, courts, lawyers for the ungodly and the prison service.
That is why there is hardly any money for building and maintaining infrastructure as well as for providing proper services.
