Let's skip the Jargon ...There will come a time, if it hasn't already. That you will stop to question yourself and look over decisions you have made and judgements you have made. Roads you walked down the wrong way and just "Oh Hell No..." moments. When reading the article... make that many articles on Oscar Pistorius. Have we ever questioned that he could be telling the truth and that if he had, however likely that could be, would be as a community believe what he has said or are we looking for someone to be held accountable for a desperately sadening death of a beautiful and successful woman.
I would be the first person to stand in line and say Do to him what he has done to others - that would be fair judgement surely? But am I the one to condemn others - Im still uncertain....
A Proud South African, that I may be but I refuse to stand behind rapist and murders. They must all serve their punishment throughout.
Does this not remind us all of the period of Mass Hysteria? Are we indeed forcing someone to admit to murders and rapes? Although my logical brain argues that this is not true - there is that small chance that we are - " pushing someone against a wall with a knife held to their throat forcing for confessions" - My heart pitys those who have lost and hold sorrow for those who have left us - but it holds anger and confusion for those admitted.
