One commentator reckons Julius Malema can't cope with life outside the ANC - it is cold, lonely and hunger rules with an iron fist. The commentator states, "Julius Malema is not capable of surviving outside the political tutelage and protection of the ANC.
With this observation borne in mind - Malema's conduct ceases to be a mystery, it becomes clearer. He just misses the warmth and comfort inside the ANC - it can't be found anywhere else.
With his children's party and vitriol at President Jacob Zuma and the ANC in general, Malema is crying for ANC attention - per chance, a call to return home. Afterall his blood is in the collours of the ANC - Black, Green and Gold.
Wasn't it him who swore that he would die ANC - and mark my word, he meant it.
As for his rag-tag army of child sodiers, it has no prospects, in a million years, to perform beyond the DA. Once the 2014 elections shall have come and gone, Malema will be occupying the opposition benches, cutting a lone and pitiable sight with his fading red beret.
He'll compare notes with fellow ANC renegades, Terror Lekota and Smuts Ngonyama in the opposition benches. They belatedly kiss and make up as they realise how much they have in common that they should have teamed together at the watershed ANC 52nd nation conference in Polokwane, Limpopo province.
Before taking his meagre seats in the National Assembly, Malema has to maneuver his way around the battery of fraud, corruption, money laundering and racketeering charges against him..
This is Malema's morning after feel - that moment when you miss home so much it hurts.
