We are born, we live and then we die, that is the whole journey of life put in the most simplest form. The longest of these 3 stages of life is living and that is the only one that is unique and different from one individual to the other and in mannier times it determines how one reaches his or her final stage.
With the second stage being the longest and the most defining stage of your life, what you do during that period is mostly informed by the place, situation and atmosphere one found himself or his/ her parents in during stage 1. We are born into a world which has it historical nightmare told to us in barn fires, street corners and some of the times in church; with that would come the fundamental perspective of life your society has towards your social well being.
South Africa is a country which is a true example of a country with these horrors and with it come rebellious, radical, hungry for change little revolutionaries. These young bloods have never witnessed first hand these horrors told to them but they have sworn to seek justice and in mind the assumption of rectifying the wrongs of the past. I'm one of these young bloods and at hand and heart i'm armed with ideology, purpose and most significantly a Mandate (who's architect has since seized to exist, or more interestingly is well alive with life struggles of his own to keep him company.) We're are at war, and so we tell ourselves; this war, the white race brought upon my people when they colonized them and throughout hundreds of years discriminated them through oppression and segregation. This war some of us have defined it as a racial war.
We have dedicated then our lives fighting in this racial war but failing to truly understand the very basis of this dilemma and that it truly one of class and a better life those in power at a given time, along with those associated with them. History truly does have a way of repeating itself, evidently under the rule of the ANC.
Without any references what so ever i can history has proven it that slavery, oppression, tribal wars was present in
Afrika before the "Gentlemen" landed on our shores, and it was us who participate in slave trade where we sold our brothers and sisters for benefits and a Social status. So even then some were led by the elite and they were sons and daughters of peasants under the rule of their own continental and tribal brothers and sister, the "Gentlemen" just new how to master it and make it even more financially efficient since there was also progress in technology and systems of governance and trade.
All those who have based their struggle in the name of racism their efforts are fatal for all races in this world are here to stay, but i urge them to listen closely to What Prof. Sobukwe had to say specifically about having one human race. To all those who have came close to the struggle I believe in which that of class but differ with me by saying that they thrive for a state which is classless, i say to them in practicality that can never be achieved because even who ever will be in control of state funds at that given time would be of a different class to those who receive their fare share/ cut of the funds. Intent and purpose are what we ought to focus in and even though classes would forever be in existence what I believe we ought to thrive for is a healthy relationship, comfort between the different class so that their interactions can be harmonized; Whether you are Black, White, Brown or Colored, that should just be a scientific reference to the among of melanin one has as compared to the other, so we all can get on with our lives.
This is my opinion and i am looking forward to people's submission and insights in this.
