The Pistorian Gambit - Oscar messes up Nel...

11 April 2014, 20:00

The “Pistorian” Gambit….What we can all learn from the Oscar Trial

Oscar “Pistolius” is either innocent or a very good actor(deserving the Oscar his name commands) …but after listening to his testimony in court yesterday ..I believe him. I actually have changed my mind about him and realized he didn’t mean to kill Reeva…I really believe after listening to him that it was an accident and that he fired his gun out of sheer fear…”white paranoid Afrikaner fear”…for his life…

someone once told me from the British SAS ….”

“what is the greatest fear a human being can experience… ?” I asked…”What? “

He said: “Fear of the unknown!” …Oscar didn’t know Reeva was behind that locked door… ( we don’t know why she locked it still- for me that is the strangest one… how many people do you know go to the toilet in the middle of the night…and lock the door?- But is also could have been out a habit- again …white fear)

But the Oscar Pistorian gambit in all of this is this… paranoia…. Paranoia …can develop into a psychosis… and in this country amongst – especially some groups of white people running around with guns and petrified of mixing with blacks…or of being hijacked…or getting broken into in the middle of the night… it is this” white fear.”.This total paranoia that is what I call ..”the Pistorian gambit”!.

But this fearful psychosis of being attacked is not just amongst white people…it’s also amongst the upper middle class black people too. I’ve seen it...they are just as petrified… they inherited it from the whites living in their enclaves in middle class suburbs…we live daily with horror stories coming out in the paper or on TV… and if anything …we can learn this… we are living in a dangerous society and a country that has serious issues to do with racially and sexually motivated violence. The Oscar case has nothing to do with femicide… even though that is an interesting issue in itself…this case has nothing to do with that. This case has everything to do with racially motivated violence…( RMV)

And that is what we, as the AFRICA Unite Party what to talk about in these elections… how do we bring the poles that are apart…together? The poles of race…of economic status and of gender? We don’t more polarity from the ANC or the EFF or the Freedom Front…we need more unity…and more coming together …more overcoming those mental fear barriers-those WALLS… which still exist in the human mind… all over the world…and especially here in South Africa…this is the legacy of apartheid… those inner mental walls…

What Oscar did by shooting Reeva was the expression of a deep psychosis of fear that prevails in this country made even more complicated by people who carry guns…

I’ve never never seen a situation in my life where having a gun would have made a difference. In fact even in situations where it was very dangerous for me or my life I’ve never relied on a gun… I’ve always relied on my wits or my prayers…that’s it.

The Pistorian Gambit like the Queens Gambit in the game of chess is that he is the product of a very violent society that commits 31.1 murders per 100 000. And although Honduras beats us statistically with 90 per 100 000; we have the highest rapes and the highest incidents of racial murders in the world… so this is Oscars ..”hope” to win this case… his strategy…his gamble… that we all know what kind of society we live in…and if anything … I think we should pity him!- and all those stuck in the walls of the prison of his own mind and impaired body.

That he felt obliged to carry a gun to be a man. That in his mind he believed he was so much the victim of what could happen… that he actually projected his fears and made it happen… he fired that gun because in his mind …he actually believed someone was gonna attack and kill him… To be on the witness stand and show the kind of emotion he has done…and to keep himself controlled at the same time means he is either a complete and utter sociopath or psychopath- take your pick… a psychopathic liar… or he really is telling the truth as he experienced it …and this is the reasonable doubt that will acquit him.

What he will have to live real… his regret… but...I after listening to his testimony in court yesterday believe he’s actually “ innocent” of killing Reeva intentionally. In any case if the police tampered with the evidence- which they have by stealing the watch… Nel  can’t use the crime scene evidence… and YES… Nel is a terrible prosecutor… I’ve seen better. He is an amateur and not a professional. He really messed up the case by harping on and on about irrelevant stuff … he was hoping he would wind up Oscar …but in fact he showed exactly how inadequate he is as a prosecutor…Im actually ashamed of him… As a South African. He should talk to people like Neena Crinion- now she is a prosecutor of note..but I doubt she would be able to pull the same theatrics in this country as she does in the UK. But – definitely…if she was prosecuting Oscar…the man would be found guilty…no doubt…even if he were innocent..

The is no doubt in my mind now… what has been established is REASONABLE DOUBT. And NEL has absolutely messed up by not focusing on the evidence. Unless there is something Nel can pin Oscar on… something tangible…I believe the judge will have NO choice but to find Oscar Pistorius…INNOCENT OF PREMEDITATED MURDER.

What we need to learn from this case is that if anything… we must break down the barriers or walls of fear in our lives and begin to embrace what we fear the most,,, we need to look at each other with colorless eyes and see the beauty within everyone… we in the words of the master should” love one another as I have loved you!” – And break the psychosis of fear, loathing and paranoia… we need to become one as a country and by our oneness we will learn to become free again.

And this is the DNA of the Africa Unite PARTY… TO REACH OUT…! To Unite South Africa and all South Africans. I hope you’ll join us on this journey so we can reach this promised land together one day.

I thank you.
