The State under-estimates our distaste to E-TOLL

30 January 2014, 15:27
This has the makings of an excellent documentary .
Listening to E-TOLL opinions from all walks of life, It seems the state is under estimating the lengths many are willing to go so that they don't pay E-TOLL.
Suppose government made the tender public knowledge as they were meant to?
Suppose they built a few gantries and planned on making money from those built to in fact build more, Hence not borrow so much money ?
Suppose the fees was really small? 50 cents a gantry ?
Would they not still be making billions eventually?
There are millions of cars in Gauteng driving daily , R1 per day would be millions per day, Money they never had.
Who came up with the actual tariffs? Satan ?
Are they mad?
A few clever folks decided they wanted Billions within a few months charged for 1 little extra lane while we bleeding at the pumps already?
At R 500 per month and assume 5 million cars in Gauteng, that amounts to 2,5 Billion per month ?
Are they crazy ?
And they calling some prank caller a terrorist ?
Its clear why mathematics is discouraged by ANC,
Do the maths, Imagine just 1 Million suckers paying R500 per month? That is R500 000 000 per month? 5 Billion every 10 Months!
This is a criminal case and somebody needs to go to jail. Its not the people who don't pay, Its the people that allowed such an expensive farce to be created .
This is the biggest theft and its happening to us all right in front of our noses.
I did not vote that Sanral gets to do all our road work in Gauteng, Why not have 100's of companies, Why 1 big cheating shark?
Let them go bankrupt, developers involved included, let them settle their own tabs...
