Everything in existence is an experience; from the flower in bloom, to the child giggling while on a swing – everything experiences, one thingamajig at a time. When you look up at the Stars, or take a dive into the sea, you are experiencing everything in existence, while it simultaneously experiences you. The part cannot comprehend the whole and as such can only understand itself and its adjoined states of reality. When you understand the oneness of being, you come to understand the being of oneness.
Entropy describes how matter moves from an ordered state to a less ordered state, given a closed system. The poetic last act of a Star – its very demise – allows for trillions of first experiences to develop further down the wave of time; every atom in existence comes from the crucibles of Stars, every atom within you, every atom within me. Whether it is the ground you stand on, the sky above you or the person beside you, everything is made up from the exact same basic elements – to be recycled trillions upon trillions of times up until the absolute last Star winks out of existence. So then, it is only you out there, only you in everything you have ever done, seen, touched, heard, sniffed or tasted. Everyone you have ever met, everyone you have ever laughed or cried with, loved or loathed, has all been and will always be, you.

What then, is there to fear? Why the need for comfort, security and grasping at lies to choke the ever-growing holes created by them? There is nothing to be afraid of because you are everything, in every sense of the word, just as everything is a part of you. When organising Nature into shapes and numbers, we become the explorer by exposing Her beauty and truths in a manner we can comprehend. The division and hatred that silly ideas like Biblegods bring forth, stifle the efforts of Man – all of them claiming to be a supposed “gateway” to reconnection with Nature. There is no reconnection needed – you are a part of it all and all of it is a part of you – you are and that is what is so amazing about this experience; being a consciousness that knows it is one.
Just as we are Human, so we are also Animal; evident in feral-children (Homo ferens) cases where children are raised by animals, completely mimicking the animals behaviours and common intellect, unable to communicate with fellow Man and very seldom willing to do so in the first place. It is only after “saving” that the little one learns how to be Human – emotion, language, belief and understanding evidently taught and not an inherent quality. It was with the realization of this fact that I came to suspect that it is the very act of working together that sets us apart from the rest of Nature; everything else up until now has had to fight to survive. We understand that working together gets things done faster, more efficiently and with greater accuracy – allowing for safety in numbers and for the opportunity of having our weaknesses covered by those who bring forth their strengths. To think that we are seven billion motes of consciousness, against unfathomable odds, in infinite space and time, all together, here to enjoy this blink of an eye on this speck of dust called Earth – simply makes me dizzy with glee.

There is nothing more imperative than realising that the life we live right now, might be the only experience of this specific reality we ever get to have. Everything you do is everything that gets done to you, for you are it all. Do to everything else as you would do to yourself, treat it with reverence, for it treats you with the prospect of life and all the joy and suffering it can muster. Open all of your senses and experience yourself for what it is that you truly are: everything that ever was and everything that will forever be. This is all one continuous bang of energy, morphing into everything we experience, allowing us to open our eyes and hearts to marvel at it all, following the change in harmony as time flows on – forwards and onwards. You are everyone and everything that you encounter; shape it, just as it shapes you. Do not lose hope, for everything is as it is and that is exactly how it will always be.
The Cosmos cares about us just as much as we care for a single skin cell – the failure or success of our tiny planet no one else’s responsibility but our own. Help, will not come from elsewhere outside of our planet, there is only Man and what we do with the time that we have. We have no meaning in this existence other than what we assign to ourselves, and it is with this realisation that I feel we do have meaning after all, for we are amongst everything else that follows the exact same rule of being, yet here we are, rebelling against it. We create, we order and rejuvenate, all characteristics not in tune with entropic principles and as such, what makes us special. No longer do we survive through fighting, but through working together. Let us join hands and begin to understand that we are one – do not harm one another, for you only harm yourself in the process of doing so. Whatever we do, may it leave an imprint within our energies of a united Universe, may our vibration match that of our fellow beings, worlds and Stars. You are who you are, so be the best you that you can be.
