The end is near

23 July 2014, 08:51

Good day everyone. I will be discussing a very sensitive topic today. The end of time. Now a lot of people out there try and get to some mathematical calculation to determine the end of time. According to them the world should have ended twice or 3 times already.

I am a Christian in every way and I believe that no one can say for sure when it will be the end of the world. There are lots of scriptures in revelations that reveal the signs of the end time. I will mention a few of those signs here.

Ongoing War between countries. The current situation in Israel is a good indication of that. A normal Malaysian plane being shot down with 300 innocent people getting killed. Now I know that there always have been wars but the difference is these days the Wars are an attack on religious people. The terrorist's attack on the African countries like Kenya and Nigeria.

Natural disasters is another sign. It is floods, earthquakes etc. Alot more than it used to be.

People just don't care anymore ruthless killings and not just in South Africa all over the world. Yes maybe it is worse in South Africa but this occurence does happen all over the world we just don't hear so much about it.

When I am saying the end is near I don't mean tomorrow, next month or a year. It could be 50 years or even 100 years. Taking into account how old the earth is already I think we can consider that as near.

I know I will probably get alot of comments from the atheists trying to prove me wrong here. I know that if I want eternal life I need to start working on getting my relationship with God on the right track because I admit that I still have alot of sin. When that day finally arrives every knee will bow and I don't want to be in a position where I have to say "sorry God I did not have faith in You" because then it will be too late. For me it would be even worse because I know I am serving a living God. Have receive miracles in my life which can only come from Him but that is a topic for another day.
