God had a Righteous Intent for planting the tree of Wisdom in the garden of Eden. The tree of knowledge of good and evil, and the tree of Life are of the two trees in the story (Genesis 2-3) that are of significance in our spiritual lives.
The first is the tree of life, which has a more significant role after the fall of Man from the grace of God. The must have been other explainations for God intentionally planting the most temptuous tree, contrasting the tree of life in the garden. Some people may argue and come up with different ideas and try to reason the fact that the “forbidden fruit” was meant for the inhabitants to enable them to believe and gain faith in God the Creator, or choose a life of trivial pursuit with the knowledge they now posses, without the Creator.
The second is the tree of knowledge of good and evil where, its existence serves as a means by which humankind’s loyalty to God is tested. The tree of knowledge of good and evil had the unique and reaching effect that Adam and Eve’s partaking of it’s forbidden fruits meant the death of all mankind. For over 6 000, long and sorrowful years man have suffered the consequences of eating from the forbidden fruit.
We are the descendants of such a misfortune where we have been given the knowledge to discern from what is beneficial and good for our lives. The deception of Satan’s has long preceeded humankind and its negative influence in corrupting even the present state of our moral lives, has meant the undoing of carnal man from creation. And now, over 2 000 years we have received the divine grapevine that will ultimately change yet, the fate of mankind once again Jesus Christ. You may choose to partake in sharing the fruits coming from the life in Jesus or you may arrogantly abstain with the knowledge that comes forth from the Word of GOD.
The person can make a choice to accept His word as truth or be ignorant of the fact that God is the Creator and the purpose for us is to reach out and follow his Commandments and be led to eternal life as little children and trusting in His faithful hand. God want us to choose to live with Him and be with him in the After life, or perish in the midst of evil of this world.
