The land issue - Ubuntu liberalism

13 March 2014, 07:18
The ownership or not of land is a huge outstanding issue. There are too many people now for each to own their parcel. The implications are that the land has to be shared and utilised for the benefit of humanity. But if the state does it its gonna be communism and that doesn't work. So communities are gonna have to do it themselves. Civil society must come to terms with this. Ubuntu anyone. Land owned by the community used for the benefit first and foremost of the community Wealth managed by the community Mint your own virtual currency Or use an existing one Bartering of goods encouraged Ubuntu anyone Cob houses Solar power Aquaponics Ubuntu anyone

Governance can start by handing all publically owned land back to the community

Ubuntu everyone?
