The paradox of racism and apartheid

08 June 2013, 09:31

“The  Orania Papers”  Now going out of fashion gives the astute reader a curious insight into the workings of racialism and apartheid.

To many of the commenter’s Orania was racist and supported apartheid to the hilt.  I was fortunate enough to have paid a visit to Orania and believe it was one of the most edifying vacations I have experienced.

During the early years of apartheid there existed antipathy between Black and White persons egged on by their political hero’s and bosses who demanded the populace to support their values, politics and insights In exchange for a better life for all.  Bulldust.

A “Better life for all” simply means “Get rich quick” at the expense of the national wealth:  The universal equation of all, well most, people in power and governments. Normal?  Now let us look at Orania but I suggest we remove our spectacles before staring into this glare of truth.

Already we are blinded by arrogance, heresay and lies and fall for these opinions which are anti-Orania just because apartheid and racism is bad.  And it being bad places many onto the pedestal because pedestals have a power of their own: They elevate the man to stupendous heights and from that vantage point cast hate just so much further.

Years ago when I first heard of Orania I too inspected it with a microscope and listened to the stories of hate emanating from its innards. Orania has run for 21 years and will hardly give up the chase for no gain.  Now some would majestically say:  “What is the point.  “What is the point” when translated means:  “ I am unable to understand the text”.  Pity.

Apartheid has two sides of the equation:  Whites on one side and blacks on the other side like in a war and both sides lobbing bombs and other nasties. If the comments on my articles still exist it will become obvious as to what is wrong with the equation.

Yes the equation is only one-sided because Whites are on one side while there are no blacks on the other side. While on vacation I too noticed that there were no black persons present.  In fact a certain white worker had never seen a Black person in Orania for several months.  Apartheid and racism can only operate when it comes to human beings.

So from a laughable and comical view:  If there are only whites at Orania and no black persons then there cannot be racism or apartheid. No replies will be made due to petty and wilful deletions.
