The virtues for working hard

03 April 2014, 10:37

People often ask me, "Alicia, how do you do it?, How do you work so hard and manage to stay so young?". Yes, I've been working all my life and I still am. I started as a child and haven't stopped since. I owe it all to God. He blessed me with brains, looks and a talent for helping other people.

You see, life is about working hard. Nothing comes easily but with lots of prayer you can achieve anything you want to. It's my duty to help others, and I have helped so many so less fortunate than myself. Why only yesterday my housekeeper told me I was like a mother to her! What joy to be surrounded by such love!!

I love my life and I am blessed that God has given me all these beautiful people to share it with. We have many problems in South Africa and it makes me cry when I read some awful news stories about people hurting and murdering other people. I believe we need to learn to love ourselves and each other more. We also need to vote for the DA in the upcoming elections to rid ourselves of the ANC which is destroying this beautiful country.

There is very little in this life that doesn't come form a hard day's work. So let me stop writing to you and get on with my day!
