Thuli Madonsela on Julius Malema to Thuli Madonsela on JZ, useless ANCYL and COSAS

26 March 2014, 06:44

So today we talk about TM on JM and TM on JZ. Before I get into details of what I want to compare. Let me state it clear that Public Protector must be respected if we want to have a better SA in the coming years. Useless organisations who claim to be “militant” but “disciplined” like Cosas and former Ancyl must know their role in society. Their role now is to defend wrong doing which further deepen their confused and useless roles in society instead of calling for a recall of their leader so that they become legitimate. The less said about SACP and YCL, Buti Manamela, in this case the better.

Leaders are not parachuted like the way ANC did with the ANCYL‘s current “leaders”. Cosas and Ancyl try hard to be like the then Julius Malema and they are far behind as Juju is now President to be, with EFF as government in waiting. Julius Malema is a born leader and I bet my last cent that none of the current leadership on the useless former ANCYL can pull a crowd like Juju does; no one will take them serious no matter how militant they can try to be. Even when ANN7 try to promote Malusi Gigaba as much as they try when they gave him 15 minutes coverage of 30 minutes news with his ANC, that guy who destroyed marriage of another comrade cannot defeat JUJU, no ways.

Now enough about those useless groups, first a case of TM on JM

1.       Thuli Madonsela made some findings about Julius Malema and Ratanang Trust on one tender in Limpopo. She ordered that the Ratanang Trust must pay back the money which she claims Malema benefitted from the tender. Please note two things here, acoording to Thuli:

FIRSTLY MALEMA BENEFITED AND SECONDLY THAT HE MUST PAY BACK SOME MONEY. Malema denied this and he will have to answer this in a court of law in September 2014, which is the next step to finalise the matter AND MALEMA AGREED TO PROVE HIS INNOCENCE IN COURT.

2.       Thuli Madonsela made some findings about Jacob Zuma and Nkandla on the security upgrade in KZN. She ordered that Jacob Zuma must pay back some money and he together with his family unduly (excessively: to a very great extent, or to an excessive, improper, or unjustifiable degree) benefited from Nkandla upgrade. Please note two things here, acoording to Thuli:

If Zuma thinks he is not guilty like I think with Malema case, why is he not going to court? I don’t get it when South Africans keep saying no one is above the law no one is above the law and even the former ANC itself say that. But here we see different thing altogether. PLEASE ZUMA MUST GO TO COURT LIKE JULIUS WILL DO. THOUGH THE COURT NOW IS FAILING TO PROVE WRONG DOING FROM MALEMA’S SIDE. The PP can be challenged because she is a human being together with people who work with her. But I suspect in Zuma case she was too soft and the court might or other independent investigations might find worse than Thuli did and teach useless groups like Cosas, Ancyl and Ycl a harsh lesson. Coming to think of it, Zuma is the one who took an OATH NOT TO DO OR TO DO CERTAIN THINGS and now he managed to destroy that promise.

To the entire ANC leadership and its structures such as useless ANCYL, COSAS, YCL and SACP take these definitions:

a)      OATH (For Zuma)

-solemn promise: a formal or legally binding pledge to do something such as tell the truth in a court of law, made formally and often naming God or a loved one as a witness

-words of promise: the words said when making a formal pledge, especially when reciting a conventional formula such as that used in a court of law

-swearword: a swearword, especially one that uses the name of God or another sacred name in a disrespectful way.

b)      DISREPUTE (For Zuma, Cosas and Ancyl)

-disgrace: a lack or loss of good reputation or respect

South Africans are not fools. Anc will rule UNTIL JULIUS COMES and he is here.
