US pastor who calls Nelson Mandela a fool challenged

25 January 2014, 23:29
A colourful, vibrant and internationally respected Sheikh Ahmed Tijani Ben Omar has been a guest on The Faizal Sayed Show in South Africa and publicly refuted, without any prior preparation, Pastor Manning in the USA.  Sheikh Tijani Ben Omar is Internationally recognized as a spiritual guide and is the President of the Universal Islamic Centre in the USA. The World peace activist, Theologian and Motivational Speaker is in South Africa on a brief visit.
Pastor James David Manning is known for his derogatory comments and statements about black people and called Nelson Mandela a fool at the time of the Anti Apartheid hero's demise. He further believes that black people are the devil in his own words. Manning is the chief pastor at the ATLAH World Missionary Church in New York City.
Before the taping of the episode, TV Talk Show Host Faizal Sayed showed Tijani Ben Omar a video of the US based Pastor Manning  and his demented thoughts of Nelson Mandela, South Africa and black people in general not realizing that this may add a new dimension to the recording about to happen. Noting to Tijani Ben Omar that manning needed to be dealt with by someone like Ben Omar who is based in the USA. Manning and his thoughts on South Africa are widely found on Youtube.
While, Tijani Ben Omar was to discuss his life in America with Faizal Sayed, the show took a complete turn when Tijani Ben Omar discussed the oppression of black Americans and black people around the world and something then further transpired. As the show progressed, Tijani Ben Omar decided to use the opportunity to refute Manning in a very direct manner and challenged him and further vowed to bring him to book for his racist remarks.
TV Host Faizal Sayed said that "I was in absolute awe of Tijani Ben Omar.  I saw his activism come to the fore and all the crew stood In absolute shock as he challenged Manning and his thought of black people and Nelson Mandela. "I am extremely  happy that this has happened and that it took someone to come all the way from Chicago to put the crazed Manning who is also based in the USA in his place and what I really appreciated was the fact that Tijani Ben Omer was visibly upset that manning insulted Nelson Mandela and South Africans", Said Sayed who later revealed that he hardly said anything during the recording due to the fact that Ben Omar was so in tune and upset with the issue and he therefore decided to not interject.
The Faizal Sayed show is aired on Deen TV in South Africa found on the StarSat and OpenView HD platforms. "This particular episode will be available worldwide online on Youtube in the next days" said Nicole Classen, Chief of Staff for the show.
Pastor Manning's derogatory videos about black people and South Africa are widely found on Youtube.  The following two links are two of may similar videos by Manning where he insults Nelson Mandela, black people and South Africa.
