It's only fair that after Mr Lyle Winters published his list of 'unanswerable questions', that we meet the challenge head on.
So without further ado, let's get right to the meat of Lyle's extract:
1. Since science confirms that matter cannot suddenly appear out of nothing, how then did the Big Bang occur, randomly, by complete chance, and without any substance there to cause this science-fiction reaction?
** - Google is your friend. There is lots of information from atheist scientists about this event and how, mathematically, it could have happened.
2. Some atheists then fall back onto their new theory, that there was something there already, some portion of matter, two or three elements at most (so they conclude), and that somehow that small amount of matter spinning incredibly fast, suddenly, and without warning, just exploded/expanded and those few elements miraculously created all the other Periodic Table elements in a flash. So here are the questions for this point:
a. Who put the substance there in the first place, since it could not have created itself?
** - See answer to question one. We suspect that is was simply there all the time.
b. If you believe that the matter was simply always there, then why can you not believe that God was?
** - God is not matter and energy so it's kind of a moot point?
c. How did all the elements across our known universe suddenly form out of only a few?
** - Molecular biology and quantum physics will steer you in the right direction. Also look up evolution and understand how things grow into other things.
d. Without using some overly-complex mathematical equation that you don't even understand, how do you explain why it happened in the first place?
** - Atheist scientists have this all figured out and have published their opinions in a vast array of science journals. Also, you could attend a conference where these speakers would convince you of the theories of their thinking and all things science as well.
3. Why have atheists tried to use science to justify their absurd theories when really they should all be dressing as Trekkies and punting science-fiction instead?
** - No comment.
So you see Mr Winters, it's not only you who can appear to be intelligent with some overly-complex questions. We know too and believe you me, we have this all figured out!
