Unhappy birthday Mr President

13 April 2012, 07:05

Mr President, before you go 'jollying off' to celebrate your 70th birthday, I wonder whether you would be so kind as to spare a thought for all your South Africans citizens, not unfortunately feeling as jolly as you are and your merry men do today, as we toil daily against the totally unacceptable prices that we are faced with everyday; food, petrol, tolling, medical expenses, education etc., etc., etc. You know what I mean or maybe you don't sitting in your Ivory Tower, surrounded by all your corrupt, lying, and totally dishonest members of your disgraceful A.N.C. party. Some party! Crime is rampant, where we are all quivering in our homes wondering who 'will be next'! Nearly every menber of my extensive family, all church going, honest, law-abiding, hardworking South Africans, have been attacked, high jacked, raped or murdered during the last 15 years. I was shot in an ambush outside my gate at 10 am one morning! We are all living surrounded by security fences, burglar alarms, etc., etc. and  are STILL being robbed, tortured, terrified. Our children won't sleep alone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Disease is rife. On one hand Citizens are told it's ok to be HIV positive, just look at this Celebrity or that one, and then in the next breath appeals are made daily to play it safe, take precautions, don't sleep around. A great firend of mine, a black lady, has told me of really young little girls and grown woman being 'bought' and consequently having no say in any precautions during sexual activity. They are told by their 'suitors', husbands, teachers or even a lecherous neighbour that 'they don't eat sweets with the wrappers on'. What are these poor women supposed to do? These same women, young and old are being infected daily, they are producing unwanted babies, they are unemployed, starving themselves and they have a string of little children crying around them, suffering too because of the egos of men. Men, my foot! What has happened to real men who protect their wives, their families, who work an honest day? Umemployment is rife. Where is the public transport to help these people find jobs, shop or even just get to a clinic. Where are the clinics, retirement homes, medical centres for all of us. Medi-Clinics cost a fortune and you can't even go to casualty without having to pay with an arm and a leg! Pla-ese Mr President spare a thought for our situation. We can't sell our home without giving it away and then what, may we all come to live with you and your merry men? Mr Malema is a disgrace! Could you please explain how somebody who is expelled is not expelled and can still appeal in-between waltzing around like a complete bafoon threatening all including you!!! No Mr President, this situation is SICK and we are SICK to death of everything!!! Why did we all queue up for days to vote 'to make a difference'. What was that all for, we are no better off in fact we are ka-put, finished and klaar, have totally had it! Where to from here and OH, but of course, your due at a party and must fly. Sorry, I NEARLY FORGOT,  sorry to worry you Mr President!!! Enjoy your party!!!
