Unreasonable evolution

04 July 2014, 10:32

Would evolution ever produce a reasonable being?

There is not a single species that is not built on survival of the fittest and the strongest rule. One does not survive by being reasonable.

Species become extinct as evolution unreasonably removes them.

Would a species survive if it allowed females first? Nay, females walking in front on a bush trail would mean that they would encounter the lion or elephant first and then there goes the next generation. In most ‘uncivilised’ communities men walk ahead of the family for that very reason. Even in the ape troops this occurs. Yet it is reasonable to have women as equals.

Is evolution not built on rape? A male lion kills the pride male, kills the cubs, so that the females are forced to submit to him. In most species the females submit to the strongest male in numbers to ensure that futures generations are strong. Is the male with the most testosterone, the most horny, not likely to win the day? We are not reasonable when we kill our male competitors and force ourselves onto females, nay, we are natural evolved males.

Yet in today’s world we pride ourselves as being reasonable creatures able to think logically in a ‘civilised’ manner. Our natural instinct of kill or be killed is suppressed / eradicated, if it ever existed at all.

Today it is reasonable to mingle will all sexual persuasions. Yet homosexuals cannot produce future evolving generations. Evolution is not reasonable with non heterosexuals. Evolution is harsh and demanding. Yet reason says different.

So is it reasonable to think that we are evolving or are we now becoming created?

When did we move from being marauding ape to reasonable man? Evolution could not have created that defining moment as evolution does not create or is evolution a creation?

Sometime in the future man will design and create future generations just as he does the dairy cow today and he will wonder why we ever had the notion that we evolved as there is no reasonable evolution.
