We need capital not cash prizes

I was reading Clem Sunter and his analysis are always spot on. much has been said about entrepreneurs as the vehicle to create jobs and so on. I've been going uo and down for six years lookinf dor capital (from investors and government agencies) with no success.  One of the reasons that I was given when my application is turned down by investors (mostly banks and government aencies) is that I dont have surety. Without playing a victim, i do not have land or my parents dont have assets that can be used as surety and as unemployed graduate i have no choice but to wait for that good samaritan ho may like my ideas. I have seen many entrepreneur awards and cash prizes given for their hardwork. Granted, but what
