Just some personal blabber :
I believe in giving people the time of day, treating others just like you would want to be treated and lending a helping hand where you can.
Don’t judge people based on their colour, gender, sexual orientation, religion or occupation
If there is one thing under this lovely sun of ours which turns my stomach and makes my temperature rise by a few degrees, it’s arrogant (more like ignorant), inconsiderate, condescending people who seem to think they imprint golden footprints where they tred.
Do you feel more accomplished when you treat a cashier better than you treat your dog, or give a waitress grief over every single problem you could possibly conjure up, and then leave no tip (just a friendly warning, I was a waitress, and your food is more than likely going to get “special” treatment in the kitchen, when you act like an ass).
As a teacher, I see bullies roaming the school, targeting specific children (maybe a boy who is not so masculine, or a girl they deem as “fugly”) and it’s heartbreaking, The actions of these bullies will forever scar their victims. The sad thing is, that these bullies sometimes never mature, terrorizing society as adults.
In future when the urge wells up in you to insult, or mistreat a person based on your bias, please, take a moment and put yourself in that person’s shoes…
