When is 'benefit of doubt' crossing the line ?

04 March 2014, 18:27
To think that some person was behind his girlfriends murder. He gets bail and is allowed free for a year.
His basic defense against the state is that there was no argument or motive for her resulting death.
We have witnesses that heard screaming and fighting.
What more does the state need ?

The deceased is enough evidence that something happened.
For witnesses to have heard screams, what more is needed ?
As for us ,as spectators and after having a full year where all we had was mere speculation.
It is quite different now, As for the acting awards, its over...

Imagine what desperation she may have had that night, screaming at the top of her lungs, calling for help ?
It was only natural for people to assume the obvious,

An over paid defence team and the privilege of the media shows us all that the killer may be a complete psychopath of immense proportions.
She was executed and shot until she was dead, It was intentional and it was malicious / heartless..

I would like this trial to move faster, seems each day someone is out on bail, somebody else is in danger and somebody is missing out on jail time,
Complete and utter psychopath, The dead woman, the witnesses to screams leaves only one thing remaining,
A true confession...

and if not,
A hefty jail term will do, the confession may come later then, maybe in a book.
