I`ve no problem in admitting that at least 15% of whites in South Africa can be categorized as `white trash`. Let`s make it 20%, just to be on the safe side. Meaning that out of a total population of 5 million, 1 million whites can be classed as white trash.
These white trash people can easily be identified, especially by their very simplistic Weltanschauung. They are, usually, also uneducated and overtly prejudiced.
If it were up to me, I wouldn`t not allow them to vote… seeing that I honestly don`t believe that they have what it takes to make the right choices, given their simplistic view on this exceedingly complex world we live in. Meaning that their votes might as well go into the dustbin.
Now, seeing that it is said that we are all equal, it follows that 20% of the black population in South Africa can therefore be categorized as `black trash`. Meaning that out of a total population of 50 million, 10 million blacks can be classed as black trash.
And one must assume that normal blacks (i.e. those who are not black trash) would also, if given the choice, rather not see black trash voting in elections.
This will, unfortunately, not happen - because (modern) democracy allows for unqualified franchise, i.e. it gives everybody the right to vote. That is just the way it is.
Be that as it may; I have neither encountered the concept of black trash in literature, nor have I ever heard the word `black trash`.
Jamie Fox, a black American entertainer, once drew a distinction between `black people` and a group signified by (the plural of) the N-word. I think he was alluding to black trash.
That said; I honestly believe in the existence of black trash. Meaning that there are 10 million of them here in South Africa.
Now given the fact that the total population of all the minorities (i.e. whites, coloureds, Indians, etc.) in South Africa is just under 10 million, it follows that their destiny, ultimately, lies in the hands of black trash… because there are more black trash voters than all minority (trash and normal) voters put together.
One man, one vote – remember.
This means that we, as minorities, might as well throw our votes into the dustbin… like white trash.
