Jesus died on the cross so that you and I shall have everlasting life. Not every one will have everlasting life, but those who believe in Him will have it for their sins have been washed by His blood and are made new creatures.
"Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins..." Peter said.
However, when you look at the Christian community these days, one can say that they do not believe in Jesus as their Lord and savior but are in the house of the Lord for some other reasons.
Some people are in church today because they were sick and the pastor of the church they attend prayed for them and they were healed.
Prophet X did me some rituals that help me get my job, I will never leave his church.
There are many reasons that people have and of which none of is believing in Jesus as their Lord and savior. Thus, you will find them changing church after church. They do this checking on the gifts of the church leaders and/or pastors. This week you are in Meadowlands, next week in Chiawelo, the other week in Pretoria. This is done in search of peaceful nights, etc for there are evil spirits that haunt you every night. All you need to do is to repent, accept Jesus as your Lord and savior and then cast the evil spirits yourself for the bible says you have dominion over them.
I am asking this question to every one who wakes up every Sunday morning, baths and goes to church, that who do you believe in, Jesus Christ or your pastor? In fact, you should be asking yourself this question. Ask yourself the reason why you pray every morning and every night. You are the prophet of your own life, the healer of your own sickness through Jesus Christ who strengthens you, not the other way round.
I am humbly begging you children of God, stop believing in prophets and pastor but in Jesus who died for you. He did not come here just to add a number of people, he came here to save your life and that of your children. Go to Church with the purpose of praising your Lord Jesus, and not with the purpose of finding a pastor that will pray for you to get a job.
"But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you".
