The views of one saddened by the degradation of a Country that was , still could be and can be!
Does our Government NOT realise what BAD publicity is being portrayed throughout the world, or do the Powers that Be actually not give a fig for the little people???
Is it NOT time the Population of South Africa starting acting in unison as a Rainbow Nation, instead of suddenly living in a dream cuckoo land of mistakes made in the past?? How can a country go forward when it insists on going in reverse???
So sad to think only a mere 18 years ago WE were one of the TOP FIRST World Countries.
A World in One.........
This country has the most beautiful scenery, interests and special histories of things. Had the most beautiful beaches which are now polluted due to the 'someone else can clean it up' attitude. As well as; one of the most diverse cultures of population ever in one country. Education was HERE where people from far distant lands came to get theirs. NOW? Eish Wena - better to go to the Congo and just do your 10 years of education and say I am qualified.
Is it not the time to stop the rot now, or is it already a little too little, a little too late syndrome? But when the children of today are propaganda fed things of mistakes made in the past, things they themselves have never experienced, what hope is there? When the race card is bandied about more so, that even the July Handicap is pale in contrast thereof?
When ridiculous news reporting is allowed to be aired! ((And yes I have seen some really crazy stuff out there, want an example?? “Woman says neighbour’s dog is racist!” Good God people, animals are animals; and if someone is a stranger, (no matter what colour, race or creed); or has taunted or teased it; of course it will not like that person concerned, animals act on their animalistic instincts!))
Human beings are SUPPOSED to be above the animal kingdom! So what happened? Somewhere we appear to be sliding backwards instead of evolving forwards!
When barbaric acts of ‘torture’ are now openly displayed by people and allowed to be, what hope do we who call this place call home have? Sadly, very little!
Come on we must stand together. Together, we can make a change; or forever be asking the question.
