When entering a City, any City, first impressions count on how a City is being looked after by the Council.
These impressions stick, like meeting someone for the first time, or receiving an impressive business card from a well groomed person.
On approaching Johannesburg, from the east M2 (especially) we see waist high grass and weeds, litter galore and this has been for several months now, other highways into the city also litter everywhere.
C'mon Johannesburg Council, take some pride in your City and attend to this disgraceful look, and regularly keep it tidy, it makes all us JHB inhabitants look like rubbish - CLEAN IT UP....Please !!
