Yes it is that time of year. . again. I do not want soap on a rope, a bottle of wine or a frilly nightie. What I want for Christmas is to ask you to join me in a 2013 Freedom movement. Madiba said, "It is a long walk to freedom." The truth, as I have learnt, is it is not a walk with a beginning, a middle and and a triumphant end. Rather it is constant diligence. 

The trouble is, most of us just want to get on with our lives , we do not have the energy to work, bring up a family and run the nation. We pay taxes to people who we trust to do that. We work hard to pay those taxes so that we can afford to pay people to do that. We do not expect to be 24 hour policemen of our own government . And we expect the press to keep tabs on all events and warn us when things start going wrong. Unfortunately the world is full of crooks and the media's bias  goes with whichever advertiser is paying them. In both cases, money not justice, honesty and decency rule. 

The truth which we are not being told is that things are going terribly wrong. Slowly, insidiously wrong. If Freedom is the will to be responsible for ourselves, then in order to attain this freedom permanently it will require  constant diligence. The question is, diligence of what?  One of the benefits of living at the bottom of Africa, is that we are very often "behind the times," but, this does give us an advantage, because it also gives us the opportunity to see the road ahead. In other words, know your enemy. 

This is my Xmas wish "list." It is a list of scenario's that if left unchecked and not paid attention to and weeded out,  will result in future enslavement.

1. Take care of the family and nurture family values.

When last did you read a book or article, watch a television show or go to see a movie about the family? A structure that is an inherent part of humanity, a caring structure where we nurture and support one another?

The media is focused on single parents, broken families, lauds misplaced values and applauds aberrant sexual and criminal behaviour. And we are pounded with this propaganda and brainwashing constantly. Reality TV shows encourage a winner takes all mentality to the detriment of the well being of the majority, where any concept of Ubuntu   is drowned in consumer addiction and the carrot dangled at the end of our noses  is the award of extreme wealth and/or fame, which for the large majority of society is never attained. And while we are distracted by these false realities, the basic building block of society is left in ruins....  If we are all really honest with ourselves, these are not only empty promises, but empty lives. You cannot sit and have a beer and a braai with a Porche. And an Oscar will not hold your hand when you cry. Idols are ten a penny, they come and go with the seasons, and money is a commodity, it is not a "God."

Part of the process of dehumanising society and enslaving it, is the breakdown of marriages.In order to turn our attention away from family and the people who really matter in our lives, the propaganda media uses sex and sexual deviance to hook us into a consumer slave society that will line their pockets with our money and leave the family construct depleted, in debt and in the end morally, intellectually, physically and financially poverty stricken. 

Sex rather than being a private, healthy relationship between people and associated with love and caring, is now a mega buck, roll- it- off- the- factory- floor industry, that is  spray painted across the canvas of society obliterating any magic that it once had . Women especially are brainwashed and encouraged to literally become mind control sex machines and the intricacies of "relationship" are sacrificed at the altar dehumanisation. 

Central to the whole issue of family is the child, and protecting the child. More and more we are finding children exposed not only to sex when they are not mentally or physically mature enough, but a growing "culture"world wide involving child sex rings, paedophilia and abuse,  who we, as adults, we have a duty to protect.

The media is brainwashing children at an early age to see sex in terms of consumerism. The Health Department in South Africa wants to hand out condoms to pre-school children, in New York State it is legal to view child pornography on the Internet and recently the UN announced that they want to teach five year old children to masturbate. More an more cases involving Catholic Priests sexually abusing children are being exposed and the recent Jimmy Saville case in the UK is opening up a can of worms that reaches into the very "upper echelons" of society. Politicians and members of the Elite Families have been implicated.

Do not let anyone fool you. This is not normal, healthy, loving, caring and responsible behaviour. It is abuse and responsible adults have no business sexually interfering with minors under the age of 18, let alone teaching five year old children to masturbate, no matter what the UN says!

 We always have free will and we can choose what magazines to buy, books to read, TV shows to watch and movies to support. By becoming aware of the insidious propaganda, mind control and brainwashing that is taking place and seeing it for what it is, we can take our power back and put the morals, values and structure of healthy loving families back on the map. 

To quote from Vigilante Citizen: " learning what we should avoid also leads to learning what we should embrace. These wonderful things are within our reach and always will be. Some would say that these things are the very reason why we are on earth … and no power-hungry elite can ever take these things away from us."

Xmas wish list #1, 2013 Freedom Year, let's pay more attention to our families and less attention to the junk on TV, the garbage in magazines and the sexploitation of our children.
