Xmas wish list Part Two.

05 December 2012, 11:35

Coca Cola in a petrol tank will destroy your engine. Coca Cola is good for cleaning toilets. Water will also destroy your engine, but it will not clean your toilets, it will however clean your body. As for what Coco Cola and all soda drinks do to a human body, the answer is simple, they poison it. Same with any product that contains additives, colourants, mono sodium glutamate, aspartame and ants do not eat margarine, it is plastic, they only eat butter.

Most fast food is junk food with no nutrients in it at all. Hamburger patties made from sawdust and not 100% ground beef. With all this junk and garbage going into our system, is it any wonder that basic IQ levels are dropping to below what was once considered average and dumb and dumber is glorified as a social statement?

We are what we eat. Coupled with all these poisonous additives in almost every available box and jar on the grocery store shelves is yet another time bomb. Genetically Modified foods. Recently tests were done in France on the effects GM maize has on mice. They not only developed cancerous tumours, but also became infertile. As a result GM has since been banned in Russia, Hungary, Peru, Kenya, Zimbabwe , Poland and the list is growing daily.

In South Africa a law was passed in November 2011, that all food products containing more than 5% Genetically Modified ingredients has to be labelled. 78% of our Maize is now GM. Producers are dragging their heels. ... I still see no labels! As for getting it banned in this country, we have a long way to go!

They also make animal feed out of this stuff, so find yourself a good butcher and ensure that your meat products are free range and organically fed.

Over and above the health hazards of GM, are the criminal patenting laws, whereby all seeds are patented by a small group of companies worldwide. What this means is that farmers can no longer use seeds from their own harvest for the next season, but have to pay the GM supplier. And if they do not, they will get sued for theft! This has resulted in the increase in food prices and if anything contributed to hunger rather than alleviating it. Then there are GM Terminator seeds, designed to ensure no propagation of a plant and put a deadlock on diversity and nature's natural abundance.

India has had multiple farmer suicides due to Monsanto and has taken them to court for Bio Piracy while an Indiana soybean farmer is being sued by Monsanto for creating second generation seeds, and these are only two recent examples of the madness!

Today it is maize, tomorrow bananas, next every food source on the planet and then they will patent cows, sheep, chickens , pigs then your DNA and own that too, unless we stop this criminal practise and demand that all life, vegetable, animal and human cannot be patented.

In the old days everyone had their own vegetable patch. No matter how big or small the property that they lived on. Perhaps it is time to stop mowing lawns and start planting vegetables, become self reliant and self empowered, take our power back and control what we put into our bodies.

Xmas wish list #2, 2013 Freedom Year, vote with your wallet, do not buy junk food, check all ingredients, support organic and free range and stock up on organic seeds. The next generation is going to need them to reverse the damage that has been caused!  Drink water and fruit juice and dump the sodas!

.........Xmas wish list #3, 2013 Freedom Year coming next...
