There is no sarcasm in this statement. I really do believe that Jacob Zuma is doing exactly what his bosses are telling him to do… Think about it properly, if the people of a country are kept poor, hungry, uneducated, angry and scared- are they not easier to manipulate and control?
This is not something exclusive to South African politics.. look all over the world at the deteriorating humanity and what I say will make more sense. In every capitalist country there are people richer than others, it’s the way the system works. Make no mistake that these are the people who make all the political, economic and social decisions of the country. They might have a ‘puppet’ or president seemingly freely elected every 4/5 years- this is an extremely clever way for the real decision makers to hold onto power for many more than 2 terms in office…
The thing that makes South African politics different is that our ‘leaders’ do not have to hide their corrupt behavior as there is no real chance that the ANC will lose power or that these officials will pay any price for their misuse of resources. Our politicians are blatantly stealing from us, lying to us and leading us all down a road of despair with a big fat smile on their faces…
Before all the pro-Malema people start dancing around in joy, understand that he is exactly the same as Zuma/ Mbekhi or whoever will take power of our country next… Malema was at one stage Jacob Zuma’s puppet. If he has been a puppet before, what makes you think he is not being one now..?? He just has a different hand up his a$$!
A question is growing stronger and stronger inside of me everyday: How much do they need to cripple us before we all collectively make a stand and fight back?? I cannot stand to see so many people going hungry and homeless everyday while our tax money is being spent on lavish parties, renovating presidential homes, private Boeing 747’s etc…
As a single human being, there is nothing more I can do but vent my fury in an essay, hoping that people read it and want to be involved in making our beautiful country function beautifully. Collectively, we are the power, we are the force that drives this economy, this country; but because the majority of people are being kept uneducated, poor, hungry and scared of uprising, this is a near impossible task. Added to that, the people who know what is going on do not feel they can make any difference on their own either…
We need to show solidarity before we can even plan to challenge these thieves.. I implore all of you who have read this far to educate yourselves on what is happening in our country and our world- research Cyril Ramaphosa and his business interests and the Lonmin massacre makes more sense. Research the Rothschild family and understand that they control most of the worlds economies.. Our lives have become products of these powerful peoples business’s and I for one will not go down without a fight!
Whoever is the president of our nation- it is his job to protect the interests of the very rich elite at any cost. Jacob Zuma is doing an exceptional job........
