Zuma or Ramaphosa, no difference to me

09 June 2014, 13:55

They told us many stories,

they brag about the ANC for small victories,

like social grants and RDP houses built over the years,

forking out cash to the masses prior to elections as if they care,

they talk about a better life for all,

while they steal our money through e-tolls,

they planned to obtain a two-thirds majority,

so they could change the constitution and bolster their tyranny,

lost leaders of our time are cursed,

they turn a blind eye while the poor is crying for help,

the gap between the rich and the poor will never change,

so who can blame the protesters for going on a rampage,

Mandela laid a foundation – he made them look,

but they opted to enrich themselves the real crooks,

he was a true leader – a dedicated public servant,

Zuma is absolutely an opposite and so is his cabinet,

rumour has it the Zumaville is underway,

this omnipotent has been nothing but bad news since he took the reigns,

now they give him a time off to recover from a gruelling election programme,

I take it he’s initiating more blunders which could lead us to mayhem,

look out for another political scumbag that is emerging to succeed him,

the man who squandered 8 million on a buffalo at the expense of an African dream,

why did he send that e-mail which led to Marikana tragedy,

and to this day there’s been no justice done by the commission of inquiry,

poor miners had to die for demanding a living wage,

let alone the years spent in the mines working as slaves,

look how they killed Andries Tatane – there’s no more peace,

but there comes a time when the victims will finally erupt into a full rebellion to meet the brutality of the police,
