Whether the full Dove ad clarifies everything or not, people have a right to be angry, especially at the lack of context.
Context is always your best friend, and without it, you're opening up the gates of hell, or worse, an angry Black Twitter.
And, those who have been saying things like "why are you people so angry?" do not understand what it's like to be racially abused on a daily basis.
Nor do they understand that at the end of the day, it's being seen as white people saying "don't be angry". It's again a case of white folk telling black folk what to feel, how to react, and that's never worked out well.
But, what the hell do I know? I'm Mary Frikkin Poppins.
