"Who's to blame? Well certainly there are those more responsible than others, and they will be held accountable, but again truth be told, if you're looking for the guilty, you need only look into a mirror"
Today I am disgusted, disgruntled and a tad depressed about the state of our nation, our so called leaders in Government, big corporations and you, the middle class News24 reader!
I will go even further and pin my somber mood on the WHITE middle class.
You are a bunch of moaners and groaner's! You complain, bitch and whine about crime and lawlessness in our country, about miners who stood up against the "Machine" and about beasts like Nkandla! Keyboard warriors who from the position of "luxury" from within your air-conditioned office get online and rant and rave about all the horrors which has befell us as a Nation under the leadership of the ANC ....
Yet, you do nothing but deliver lip service ... to mindful of what others might say or think, some to lazy to get off their arses and out into the sun, to take a day's leave from your self obsessed life.
Talking about something helps to a point, but then one should go over into action and make it happen!
Where were you when OUTA wanted your action? Giving money? Nice!
If you were out on the highway like Cosatu members, showing your disapproval at the gantries being build then maybe we would not have been in this predicament today.
Sure, the money helped with court cases, but it would not even have gone to the courts had you been out there!
The white middle class disgusted me ... you are selfish and greedy and only start acting when you are directly affected, you don't feel for those privileged then you.
Until you learn to have solidarity for everyone and stand together with other races in South Africa on issues which affects them negatively you will be alone on your little island of misery, stuck in the repetitive loop of online bitching and whining.
Oh, and if you wonder where the quote is from, do yourself a favor and go rent V for Vendetta and learn a bit about yourselves, your Government and Civil Disobedience, Leo Tolstoy style.
