This about sums up my experiences with First National Bank, South Africa, after 30 years of loyalty. They have to be the must callous, unfeeling, cold-hearted bunch of pen-pushing, red tape-entwined conformist zombies I have ever seen in this world. No-one......Not a single person I have encountered thus far, is capable, either from a moral or an intellectual perspective, of taking a decision that shows any degree of understanding, compassion, respect or dignity.
