I am now getting fed up with these taxi's taking chances. Driving through the Wonderboom Poort in Pretoria North this morning, again I found a taxi driving along where he is not supposed to be. This is the 4th time I have seen this. How can this be stopped? He has no regard for the pedestrians. They just need to get out of the way. This was the same exact area where the flag lady was killed by a taxi doing the same thing (hence the speed bumps) I am not alone in this frustration!! Please som
