Last night my daughter and I made up sandwich and fruit bags. This morning, before school, we drove down 2 streets handing out the bags for those living on the streets. Sadly we could afford to make only 17 bags. Happily, we were able to make 17 bags. It is heart-wrenching. At times I was overwhelmed and couldn't speak.
