  • Johannesburg - African National Congress deputy president Jacob Zuma flew back to South Africa on Tuesday morning after an undisclosed visit to Russia.

However, the former deputy president will not be rushing to meet his legal team about the Supreme Court of Appeal's damning ruling against his former financial advisor Schabir Shaik, The Star reported.

"Mr Zuma will give me a call once he has arrived home... but there is no meeting planned," said his attorney Michael Hulley.

He said neither he nor Zuma would make any statements about the Shaik judgement in the near future.
