Cairo - Al-Qaeda leader Osama bin Laden's brother-in-law, Jamal Khalifa, has been killed in Madagascar, say reports.

His brother, Malek, said Khlaifa, a Saudi businessman, didn't have any ties with the al- Qaeda terrorist network.

No further details were immediately available.
