London - The Osbournes have returned to US TV screens after a six-week break following Ozzy's quad bike crash.
US viewers saw the rocker recovering from his injuries in Britain - and scoffing cream cakes.
In the episode - called The English Patient - he complained: "Every day I wake up it hurts somewhere else."
Ozzy fractured a collarbone, eight ribs and a vertebra in the accident.
The programme, shows Kelly receiving the news that her father had been involved in the accident while in England. However, filmed in recent weeks, the programme showed no sign of the drama about to erupt around Kelly - who checked into a drug rehab clinic on Friday.
The episode shows Ozzy developing a liking for cream cakes. At one point he scoffs a couple of the sweet treats before sending an aide out for six more.
Meanwhile, Sharon - back at the family home in California - is becoming increasingly disillusioned with her talk show, which was later axed.
"They won't let me say the things I want to say, they won't let me do the things I want to do," she tells Jack. "It's all about figures, it's all about advertising." - Ananova.com
