J Lo was 'out of control'

Los Angeles - Jennifer Lopez says her life with Ben Affleck spiralled out of control, leaving her on the verge of a breakdown.
The singer admitted she was unable to handle the two-headed media monster she and Ben had unwittingly created as their doomed romance was played out in public reports, The Sun.
But J Lo, 34, says the experience of being a celebrity couple always in the spotlight has made her aware of what really matters in a relationship. And she believes she has found true happiness with husband number three - Latin singer Marc Anthony.
Speaking about the hype that surrounded her and Affleck she said: "It definitely reached a fever pitch. I just felt that it was a time where things built up and out of my control. I thought, 'What is this thing that has become me? Who is that thing?' And I didn't like it'."
Affleck was laughed at for appearing in J Lo's pop videos and lost credibility in Hollywood after starring alongside his then fiancée in spectacular box office flops Gigli and Jersey Girl.
After 18 months together they called off their wedding and split in January this year.
It was yet another relationship disaster for J Lo. Her first marriage was to Cuban waiter Ojani Noa in February 1997. Her second marriage to dancer Cris Judd also ended in divorce.
The star believes she now understands the key to long-term relationships.
