Los Angeles - Oscar winner Charlize Theron has told syndicated TV show Access Hollywood that marriage is not her thing.
The South African-born star reportedly said she's happy for people who want to get married, but she's not the marrying kind.
Theron, who has been dating fellow actor Stuart Townsend for four years, said although there will be no wedding bells, she's extremely happy with her relationship and would love to have kids.
The 30-year-old beauty began her film career as James Spader's love interest in 1996's Two Days in the Valley before starring in such movies as The Cider House Rules, The Italian Job and Woody Allen's Celebrity.
But it was her frightening portrayal of serial killer Aileen Wuornos in 2003's Monster that cemented her status and earned her an Oscar and Golden Globe award.
Theron currently stars in North Country and has been tipped as a contender for another best actress award at next year's Oscars.
The movie is based on the story of a monumental class-action lawsuit in 1989 that aimed to reshape gender politics in American industry.
Theron plays Josey Aimes, a mother of two who returns home to northern Minnesota to rebuild her life after fleeing an abusive husband.
