Michelle, Ryk 'just friends'

Cape Town - Television personality Michelle Garforth has recently been seen quite a bit in the company of South African swimmer Ryk Neethling, but she denied that they were having a romantic relationship.
"No, we are just good friends," she said on Monday.
Garforth confirmed that she sometimes accompanied Neethling and that they often dine out.
She didn't say how they had met. "Look, we are not at all on that level yet," she said.
"It will be pushing it to call it dating. We have spent some time together to get to know each other.
"It's difficult to do so because we are both in the public eye."
Garforth has so far carefully followed Neetling's achievements in Australia.
He's a star," she said. "With him there's so much positive energy being focused on Australia."
Neethling has won one gold medal at the Commonwealth Games as a member of the South African men's relay team. He also took silver in the 100m free style.
Garforth was confident for Saturday night's final round of Strictly come Dancing. She and her dance partner, Harold van Buuren, will be facing 5fm's Zuraida Jardine and her dance partner Michael Wentink.
I was elated the whole of Sunday," she said. "I will go through this week as usual, but then I will push hard for the final."
