Los Angeles - A showdown between Jennifer Aniston's famous flames is on the cards.

Actors Brad Pitt and Vince Vaughn will battle it out in January 2007 for the top male award at the 33rd People's Choice Awards in Hollywood.

Both stars have been named in the best leading man category.

Vince was nominated for his role opposite girlfriend Jennifer, 37, in The Break-Up, while Jennifer's ex-husband Brad has been honoured for his role in Babel.

But it gets even better - Vince and Jennifer are also up for the best onscreen match-up category.

Jennifer divorced Brad, 42, in August 2005. She started getting cosy with Vince, 36, when shooting The Break-Up last year. - Ananova.com
