Jude, Pam party Riviera-style

Cannes - Jude Law and Pamela Anderson partied Riviera-style into the early hours of Friday at a Cannes film festival bash that mixed business with pleasure.
The two led a small contingent of celebrities and a much bigger crowd of beautiful, tanned people who danced the night away at a beachside soiree set up in the resort town.
Law was at Cannes to promote My Blueberry Nights, a movie about loves lost and found set in the United States that he stars in alongside singer Norah Jones.
The film, by Hong Kong's Wong Kar Wai, opened the festival.
Anderson was plugging her own film, Blonde and Blonder, which is not part of the Cannes competition line-up, but which was for sale to distributors.
The comedy co-stars Denise Richardson.
Bono disappointed photographers
The two arrived separately at the sprawling party put on by a transplanted Paris nightclub.
Law headed into a cool gig for another movie, Control, a biopic about the British rock band Joy Division.
Bono, the singer of U2, was meant to show, but failed to do so, disappointing the gaggle of photographers waiting for him.
Anderson turned up later for a grind-and-bump Playboy bash, complete with gyrating dancers and pictures from the celebrated soft-porn magazine.
