Demi 'quits' Kabbalah
28/01/2008 16:19  - (SA)

  • Demi 'still in love'
  • Demi 'too old for kids'
  • Demi's baby troubles
  • Los Angeles - Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher have quit Kabbalah, it has been claimed.

The married couple - once devout followers of the religion, a mystical off-shoot of Judaism - have sparked rumours they are no longer followers of the faith after failing to visit the Los Angeles Kabbalah centre for months.

A centre insider said: "Ashton and Demi used to have an impeccable attendance record, but they haven't attended a service or come to one of the Shabbat dinners we have after Friday services for months now. It's just odd. Something must be up."

Ashton, 29 - who was introduced to the religion by Demi, 45, and married her in a Kabbalah ceremony in 2005 - was spotted shopping on Robertson Boulevard last week and witnesses claim he was no longer wearing his red Kabbalah bracelet.

It is believed he has told Demi he doesn't want anything further to do with the faith.

The source is quoted by website MSNBC as saying: "He was tired of being dragged there on Friday nights."

Demi's ex-husband Bruce Willis was never involved with the religion, and their three daughters Rumer, 19, Scout, 16, and Tallulah 13, have never been introduced to Kabbalah. - Bang Showbiz.com
