Paul, Heather return to court
11/02/2008 13:09 - (SA)
London - Paul McCartney and Heather Mills were scheduled to return to court on Monday in an attempt to agree on terms for their acrimonious divorce.
The fight over the wealth of the former Beatle, who is estimated to be worth as much as £825m, could produce Britain's largest ever divorce settlement.
The hearing will proceed behind closed doors, and the terms of any settlement would not become public record unless it moved to the Court of Appeal.
Mills intends to represent herself. She fired her lawyers in November following a series of interviews in which she lashed out at McCartney and at media coverage of the split.
