Madonna delays birthday bash Pub problems for Madge New 'confessions' from Madonna Sticky and Sweet to tour 'Madonna had a facelift'

Paris - French fashion house Givenchy says it is to dress Madonna for her upcoming Sticky and Sweet world tour.

Givenchy spokesperson Caroline Deroche-Pasquier says the Givenchy Couture label has made the pop star two ensembles.

In an e-mail on Tuesday, she said one is to be worn during the concerts' opening number.

It's not immediately clear if other designers will also dress the star for the tour.

Madonna has a long history of working with French designers. Frenchman Jean-Paul Gaultier was behind the pointy cone bras that were the hallmarks of Madonna's Blonde Ambition tour.

Italian Riccardo Tisci heads the Givenchy design team and he is known for his gothic-influenced pieces and use of dark fabrics.
