Rebecca to honour Dolly

Los Angeles - Rebecca Romijn wants to name one of her unborn children Dolly.

The Ugly Betty star, who is expecting twin daughters with husband Jerry O'Connell later this year, has decided to pay tribute to her favourite singer Dolly Parton.

"I have been a Dolly fan all of my life. She is a wonderful woman.

"I really connect with her music and I can't think of a better role model for my children," she revealed.

Rebecca, who finally met the country singing legend at the Backwoods Barbie show in Tennessee's Dollywood theme park last week, also revealed Dolly was thrilled to discover she had been inspiring baby names.

"Dolly has this great, sweet personality but she is also so strong and wise. I got her blessing. She was honoured I had chosen the name Dolly," Rebecca, 35, added to In Touch Weekly magazine.

Dolly dedicated her song Little Sparrow to Rebecca when she performed it during the show.

Rebecca wed Jerry, 34, last summer in an intimate Los Angeles ceremony.

Jerry recently revealed he was doing everything possible to keep his wife comfortable during her pregnancy.
