10/10/2008 14:00 - (SA)
New York - Supermodel Christie Brinkley wants her ex-husband to keep their kids away from the television when his TV interview is broadcast on Friday night.
Brinkley lawyer Robert Stephan Cohen says in a statement that Peter Cook must keep the couple's two children away from the ABC News 20/20 broadcast while he has custody of them this weekend.
Cohen filed papers on Wednesday in Suffolk County seeking a temporary restraining order and a post-judgment order.
In the interview with Walters, Cook explains his affair with a teenager and his internet porn proclivities, saying he was seeking a connection he couldn't find in his marriage.
The divorce settlement gave Brinkley custody of the couple's son and daughter. Cook got $2.1m from the supermodel, as well as liberal visitation rights.
