Revlon picks SA beauty

Johannesburg - The new face of cosmetics house Revlon is a South African who grew up in Swaziland.
Lin Lu was selected from 400 models as the new face for Revlon's Unforgettable campaign.
The cosmetics house's recruitment campaigns have brought fame to supermodels like Cindy Crawford and Claudia Schiffer.
Lu lives in New York, but is visiting South Africa for a few weeks.
Until recently, she worked for the Elite model agency in places like Miami, Chicago and Paris.
Lu grew up in Manzini, Swaziland, and moved to Johannesburg to study sport psychology. Her career started when she put on make-up for the first time in her life and attended a modelling audition.
Lu says her South African heritage makes her more unique in the modelling world and helps her to be strong when faced with strange things.
"It is nice to be here for a change," she says.
"I miss my family and friends. I miss the open skies and pap and vleis."
