Johannesburg - Lekker lekker singer Kurt Darren won't say where he's planning to go, but it's rumoured that he could soon be leaving on a one-way ticket from Gauteng to the Eastern Cape.
Sources close to him says he's currently looking at property at Cradock, and he could be planning to continue his singing career from there before the end of the year.
Darren, who has regularly been a victim of crime at various houses he owns in Pretoria and Johannesburg, says he nearly dies of fright every time something falls, or if someone moves too fast near him.
"My nerves are on edge, because you don't forget something like that lightly, especially not if you're attacked in the sanctity of your home.
"But it's too early to say if I'm definitely heading for the Eastern Cape: who knows what will happen in the future," he said.
Darren was attacked in October 2005 and again in April last year at his house in Centurion, and he has since moved to Johannesburg.
He recently had a roof-wetting at his new home in Langebaan, along the Cape west coast.
