Stars shine at Jonker premiere

Cape Town - Veteran South African actor Bill Flynn has passed away, a news report on radio Cape Talk stated.

Flynn, 58, apparently died of a heart attack.

A source at the Baxter confirmed the report.

The popular actor was a household name in South African homes, with over 30 years experience on the stage as well as on TV screens.

He featured in over 140 stage plays, musicals, 42 films, dozens of tv shows and thousands of radio and tv ads.

He recently starred in films Heel Against The Head and Running Riot.

He also sang in a band, the Rock Rebels.
