Smelly feet hits the street

Taipei - A man in the central Taiwanese county of Taichung has been dismissed by his company because of his notorious feet, which were so smelly that none of his co-workers could stand him, local media reported on Tuesday.
Complaining of discrimination, the man, identified by his last name as Tseng, took the case to court, saying he could not accept the reason given by the company for his dismissal, the cable station ETTV reported.
His company claimed that none of its employees wanted to work with Tseng, going as far as to threaten resignation if the company did not sack him.
ETTV quoted the sister-in-law of Tseng as saying that the man did not care much about his personal hygiene and often wore the same pair of socks for days.
She said Tseng's company recently agreed to rehire him on condition that he washes his feet and changes his socks frequently.
